- Participate in strategic initiatives within the Reverse logistics space and ensure effective roll-out, identifying operational challenges, communicating findings, and acting on those findings to enable effective and smooth execution.

- Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into useful formats and bring actionable insights.
- Ability to engage and lead efforts with business, operations, finance and technical teams.
