Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) has released the official notification for the position of Young Professional-II under the NSPAAD Phase-II Project. The recruitment is for a single post and will be purely temporary.
As per the notification issued by the Faculty of Fisheries, Rangil, the position is funded by the ICAR-NBFGR and PMMSY, Ministry of Fisheries, Government of India. The selected candidate will be engaged initially for a period of six months, extendable based on performance, with no claim for absorption in the university.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Aquatic Animal Health Management, Fish Health Management, Fisheries Resource Management (FRM), Aquaculture, Fish Genetics & Breeding (FGB), or Aquatic Environment Management (AEM).
Other Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge in fish disease diagnosis or molecular diagnosis techniques.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be based on an interview. The date for the interview will be notified later. Shortlisted candidates are required to join within 15 days of issuance of the selection order, failing which the next candidate in the merit list shall be considered. Selected candidates will also be required to sign a bond on non-judicial stamp paper as per project guidelines.
