BYJU’s is looking for qualified candidates to fill up vacancies for the positions given below in the list:
- Post Name: Sales Manager
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working days: 5 working days with 2 days-off which will be during the week.
- Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM (IST).
- Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their laptops, wi-fi & phone bills will be reimbursed per the policy.
- CTC Range: 4 LPA (Excluding Additional Variable Compensation)
- Additional Variable Compensation: It’s highly an Incentives driven environment (% Slab on Total Revenue). On average our Sales Manager earns 20K-25K per month as incentives.
- Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Graduation or 2 years diploma with 12th pass.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager, > 1 year of experience in Sales or a Fresher keen to learn & implement the learning in a sales-driven environment & contribute to the revenue growth.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, ability and willingness to deliver in a performance-driven environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills. Ability to counsel a parent for the child’s future.
