Eligibility Criteria of RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 in Jammu and Kashmir

Educational Qualification
As mentioned in the RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 notification of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), the post wise qualification required is given below:
For Technician Grade I Signal Posts: Candidates Possessing Bachelor of Science In Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology/ Instrumentation OR B.Sc. in a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/ information Technology/Instrumentation OR Diploma in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of above basic streams OR Degree in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of above basic streams are eligible to apply for Technician Grade I Signal Posts.
For Technician Grade III Posts: Candidates possessing 10th or its equivalent with ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the related trade (OR) Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the related Trade are eligible to apply for Technician Grade III Posts.
Age Limit for Railway Technician Recruitment 2024
Before applying candidates must fulfill the age requirement criteria as mentioned in the notification. The age limit for RRB Technician posts is 18 – 33 years.

Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs. 500/-. However SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PWDs/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities/ Economically backward class is Rs. 250/-. The payment should be done online through internet banking, debit/ credit cards or UPI.
