Eligibility Criteria of RCFL Officer Finance Recruitment 2024:
The essential educational qualification, experience and Age limit as on 01-07-2024 is listed below:
- Qualification: CA/CMA Or graduation degree in commerce, accounting/ Finance discipline (B. Com, BMS, BAF, BBA) And (MBA) Master of Business Administration / (MMS) Master of Management Studies / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) or equivalent Master’s Degree with specialisation in Finance.
- Age: The Upper Age Limit is 34 years as on 01.07.2024. Agr relaxation for reserved categories will be as per norms.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in executive cadre dealing with Accounting and financial matters, including Auditing/ budgeting/taxation.
Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs. 1000/-. However, there is no application processing fee for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates
Salary Details of Officer Post at RCFL:
Selected candidates will get in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 – 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (44.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 82,000/- approximately.
Selection Process:
The mode of Selection shall be the Personal Interview for all eligible candidates. The criteria for the interview is listed below;
- Subject knowledge: 50 Marks
- Nature of experience: 20 Marks
- Personality & Communication Skills: 15 Marks
- General Awareness/Knowledge of Computer/Additional Qualification: 15 Marks
