Application are invited from unemployed youth /interested person of the UT of J&K who intend to establish fish culture units, trout fish hatchery and fish feed mill under “Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana” (PMSSY) action plan 2021-22 and 2022-23 during the year 2023-24.
