Educational Qualifications
- Chief General Manager:
- Master’s degree in Geology/Applied Geology OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience in mineral exploration and mining.
- General Manager:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in mineral exploration and mining.
Note: Advanced certifications in mine safety, project management, or a business management degree are desirable. A PhD is an added advantage.
Experience Details
- Extensive experience in government agencies and/or the private sector, with a focus on mineral exploration and mining.
- Specific exposure to the critical minerals sector is an advantage.
Job Profile
Selected candidates will work in the Critical Minerals Department and be responsible for:
- Driving business development and portfolio acquisition for critical minerals.
- Designing and executing exploration and mining projects.
- Leading teams to analyze geological and geophysical data.
- Developing feasibility studies and implementing advanced mining technologies.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Preparing operational budgets and optimizing resource utilization.
Pay and Benefits
- Grade H/G Pay Scale: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 per month.
