Compensation and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated annual salary package as follows:
- Project Engineer Grade II: ₹6.70 Lakh per annum
- Project Engineer Grade I, Junior HR Officer, Junior Finance Officer: ₹5.35 Lakh per annum

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Project Engineer (Production)
- Overseeing manufacturing and scheduling functions to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing production targets, resource optimization, and maintaining quality standards.
- Liaising with customers to meet production requirements.
- Experience in aero-structures, cable looms, and sub-assembly work is desirable.
Junior HR Officer
- Handling recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and statutory compliance.
- Managing HRMS and other administrative activities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills is essential.
Junior Finance Officer
- Managing accounts, balance sheets, taxation, and TDS.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like Tally.
- Handling revenue billing, receivables, and payables.
- Knowledge of import/export processes is advantageous.
Selection Process
