The applicants may also send their particulars in the prescribed proforma [Schedule IV Form under rule 6A(3) of NCPCR Rules] By Post to the Under Secretary (CW-I), Ministry of Women and Child Development, Room No. 628-A Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi: 110001 within 28 days from the date of publication of the Advertisement in the newspaper.
