Post Name: Research Officer (Environment) Grade- II
No. of Vacancies: 07 Posts
Pay Scale: Level 7; Rs. 44,900 to 1,42,400
Age Limit: The maximum age limit shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Qualification:
Officers under the Central Government /State Governments/ Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions /Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organisations:
(a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department; or
(ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Pay Level 6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and
(b) Possession the following educational qualification and experience:
(i) Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences/Earth Sciences/ Botany / Zoology /Chemistry /Biochemistry /Biotechnology or bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Environmental Sciences/Biotechnology from a recognized University/Institute.
(ii) Two years experience in the collection and analysis of data on Environmental subjects
