Indian Army SSC Tech Recruitment 2023: Indian Army has invited applications from eligible unmarried Males and unmarried Females for the Short Service Commission NCC Special Entry 56 Course commencing from October 2024

Educational Qualification:
For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years. Those studying in their final year are also allowed to apply provided they have secured a minimum 50% aggregate marks in the first two/ three years of three/four-degree courses respectively.
For Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army Personnel: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years. NCC ‘C’ certificate NOT required for Wards of Battle Casualties.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between the age of 19 to 25 years.

Selection Process: The Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications, without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted eligible candidates will undergo SSB. Candidates will be put through the two-stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in stage I will be returned on the same day. The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidate at the SSB interview.
After shortlisting of applications, the Centre allotment will be intimated to candidates via their email. After allotment of Selection Centre, candidates will have to log in to the website and select their SSB dates which are available on a first come first serve basis initially.
