JK Sports Council Recruitment: Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council has invited applications through offline mode on prescribed format from the domicile of J&K for engagement of past champion Athletes as Coaches/mentors in the following Sports disciplines at the Centres approved by SAI under Khelo India District Level Centres to strengthen the Sports ecosystem at the grass root levels and also to have sustained source of income for the proponent:

The applicants who fulfil the following eligibility criteria shall apply on the prescribed format duly supported by coaching experience, Sports achievements, Academic/technical qualification certificates, I.D. and address proof.
Age limit: The maximum ago on the last date of receipt of application should be 40 years. However, relaxation shall be accorded in deserving cases upto 01 year subject to the condition that candidate has represented in recognized International Competitions.
Selection Process:
– Sports achievements
– educational Qualification
– Coaching Experience
– Technical Qualification
– Interview/ Viva
In case of a tie, the higher sports achievements of the candidate shall be given preference. Next priority to academic/technical qualification followed by seniority of age for breaking the tie.
How to Apply:
‘The documents along with the application form should reach in the office of the Secretary, J&K Sports Council, New Administrative Block Bakhshi Stadium, Srinagar/Sports House, M.A. Stadium Jammu on or before 5-12-2022 up to 4.00 pm.
