The end user using the JK Chrome Android App agrees with our terms and conditions mentioned below. Using the JK Chrome App end user agrees to be legally bound by these terms which are mentioned below, which shall take effect immediately as you download our app on your device.

• This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the JK Chrome App only and not to the third-party websites whose links may be some time on our webpage.
• The End User is himself responsible for protecting his personal data or any loss of his data.
• Our objective is to make our application accessible 24×7, but sometimes the app may be unavailable due to routine maintenance.

• End users of JK Chrome should not use abusive language in his/her comments, if someone does so he/she will be bound to face legal actions.

  Therefore JK Chrome doesn’t have any editorial control over such content and will not be responsible for any information, statement service or opinions provided by third-party websites or by the end user.

• JK Chrome has the right to discontinue this app or a part of it with or without notice.
