IUST Assistant Professors Recruitment 2024: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir invites online applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Assistant Professors in the following subjects on a contractual basis as an academic arrangement for teaching and other allied academic activities.

Vacancy Details: Online Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the below-mentioned posts:
1) Assistant Professor (Philosophy)
– Qualification: Master‘s degree with 55% marks in Philosophy from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university AND NET/SLET/SET or Ph. D.
2) Assistant Professor (Computer Science & Engineering)
– Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech/ B.S. and M.E. / M. Tech./ M.S. or integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch or equivalent in any one of the degrees OR Ph.D. from the institution of National importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED directly after the Bachelor’s degree.

Salary:
For candidates having:
– PG (excluding arch): Rs. 45,000/- per month
– NET/SET/GATE: Rs. 48,000/- per month
– Ph.D: Rs. 50,000/- per month
– NET/SET/GATE and Ph.D.: Rs. 50,000/- per month
– B. Arch/ M. Arch: Rs. 50,000 per month
Application Fee: Rs.300/- shall have to be deposited as an application fee through an online mode.
