IUST Assistant Professor Vacancies Out – Vacancy Details
IUST Awantipora, Kashmir is looking for qualified candidates to fill up the following position:
1) Assistant Professor (English)
– Qualification: Master‘s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale) in English or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university AND NET/SLET/SET or Ph. D.
2) Assistant Professor(Civil Engineering)
– Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech/ B.S. and M.E. / M. Tech./ M.S. or integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent in any one of the degrees OR Ph.D. from institution of National importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED directly after the Bachelor’s degree.
Assistant Professor (Electrical Engineering)
– Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech/ B.S. and M.E. / M. Tech./ M.S. or integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent in any one of the degrees OR Ph.D. from institution of National importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED directly after the Bachelor’s degree.
Salary Details for Assistant Professor Posts:
➢ PG: Rs. 45,000/- per month
➢ NET/SLET/SET: Rs. 48,000/- per month
➢ Ph. D.: Rs. 50,000/- per month
➢ NET/SLET/SET and Ph.D.: Rs. 50,000/- per month
