The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Technical Assistant, Technician ‘B’, Heavy Vehicle Driver, Light Vehicle Driver, and Cook under Advertisement No. LPSC/01/2024 dated 19.08.2024. This recruitment drive will fill up 28 Posts in LPSC Units located at Valiamala near Thiruvananthapuram and at
Bengaluru.
Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply online through the official website of ISRO LPSC at www.lpsc.gov.in. The date of closing of the online application is 10 September 2024.
Candidates selected for mentioned positions will be paid a monthly salary between Rs. 19,900/- -1,42,400/-. The selection of applicants will be based on a Written Test & Skill Test. Age Limit
Before applying candidates must fulfill the age requirement criteria as mentioned in the notification. The post-wise age limit is given below:-
The maximum Age limit for all posts is 35 years as on 10-09-2024, but relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC/ST category candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates for posts reserved for them.

Application Fee
All applicants have to pay an application fee of Rs.750/-. Payment of the application fee closes at 1400 hrs on 11.09.2024 (Wednesday)
Candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories (Female/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) will be refunded the full fee. Other candidates will be refunded 500/- after retaining the application fee of250/-.
Selection Process
The Selection process consists of the following stages
(1) Written test
(2) Skill test.
The written test of 90 minutes duration will be conducted with 80 MCQs. There will be a negative marking of 0.33 marks for each wrong answer. The syllabus of the written test shall be curriculum based and the test will be conducted in such a way that the theoretical and practical knowledge of the candidate is tested covering both the breadth and depth of the prescribed curriculum.
Job Posting
Initially, the place of posting will be in any of the Units of LPSC, but the candidates are liable to be posted in any of the Units / Centres of ISRO/Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required.
