Vacancy Details: The National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for the following Positions:
1. Research Scientist (RS) — 20 Posts
– Salary: ₹ 56,100/-
– Qualification: M.Sc/ M.E/ M.Tech in relevant field.
2. Project Scientist-I — 06 Posts
– Salary: ₹ 56,000/-
– Qualification: M.E/M.Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geoinformatics with B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/Geoinformatics.
3. Project Scientist-B — 04 Posts
– Salary: ₹ 56,000/-
– Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.
4. Project Associate-I — 02 Posts
– Salary: ₹ 31,000/-
– Qualification: M.Sc in Remote Sensing/GIS with B.Sc in any Subject.
5. Project Associate-II — 12 Posts
– Salary: ₹ 35,000/-
– Qualification: M.E/M.Tech in Geoinformatics with B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/Geoinformatics and 2 years of experience
6. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) — 27 Posts
– Salary: ₹ 37,000/-
– Qualification: M.Sc/ M.E/ M.Tech in relevant field.

Age Limit:
Tenure: The Positions advertised are purely on a temporary basis for a period of one year which can be further extended based on the performance of the candidates in the periodical review or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
