Salary for ISRO Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification for ISRO recruitment 2023, the monthly salaries for the selected candidates are as follows:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – The JRF will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 31,000. After two years, on the successful completion and review of research work of the previous two years by a review committee, the salary may be increased to Rs. 35,000 as Senior Research Fellow (SRF).
- Research Scientist (RS) – The selected candidates for RS will receive a monthly salary in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix (as per VII CPC) along with Dearness Allowance. If accommodation is not provided, the candidates will also receive HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting.
- Project Associate-I – The Project Associate-I shall be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 31,000 along with HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting if accommodation is not provided.
- Project Scientist-I – The Project Scientist-I shall be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 56,000 along with HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting if accommodation is not provided.
Qualification for ISRO Recruitment 2023:
The following are the qualifications required for ISRO recruitment 2023:
- For JRF-02: Candidates must have an ME/M.Tech degree in Remote Sensing/GIS/Remote Sensing & GIS/Geoinformatics/Geomatics/Geospatial Technology/Spatial Information Technology from a recognized university along with a B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering/Agriculture Engineering.
- For Research Scientist: Candidates must have an ME/M.Tech degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Water Resources/Hydrology/Irrigation Water Management from a recognized university along with a B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering/Agriculture Engineering.
- For Project Associate-I-01: Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. degree in Remote Sensing/GIS/Remote Sensing & GIS/Geoinformatics/Geomatics/Geospatial Technology/Spatial Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized university.
- For Project Scientist-I: Candidates must have an MSc Tech/M.Tech degree in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics from a recognized university along with a graduation degree in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics from a recognized university.

Selection Procedure for ISRO Recruitment 2023:
The selection procedure for ISRO recruitment 2023 involves shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility, followed by an interview. In case of a large number of applications, a Computer Based Test (CBT) may be conducted for screening/shortlisting of candidates, but the marks obtained in the CBT will not be considered for the final selection process. Final selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the interview. Call letters for the interview will be sent only by e-mail to the shortlisted candidates.
