Indian Oil Recruitment 2022: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), has invited applications from eligible Indian Nationals fulfilling the following qualification and other parameters for the engagement of around 465 Apprentices in the trades as mentioned below:
Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of IOCL. Selection is based on the marks scored in the written test. The last date for online receipt of the application form is 30th November 2022.

Essentail Qualification:
- Technician Apprentice Mechanical: Three years (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one-year duration/10+2) full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice Electrical: Three years (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one-year duration/10+2) full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice Telecommunication and Instrumentation: Three years full-time Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronics and Radio Communication Engineering/Instrumentation and Control Engineering /Instrumentation and Process Control Engineering/Electronics Engineering from a Government recognized Institute.
- Trade Apprentice (AssistantHuman Resources): Full-Time Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) from a Government recognized institute/University.
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Full-Time Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Commerce from a Govt. recognized institute/University
- Data Entry Operator(Fresher Apprentices): Minimum 12th pass (but below graduate)
- Domestic Data Entry Operator(Skill Certificate Holders): Minimum 12th pass (but below Graduate).
Age Limit: The minimum age limit to apply for the post is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 24 years as of 10th November 2022.
Selection Process: The selection is based on the marks scored in the Written Test. Written Test shall be of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Before applying, candidates have to first register themselves in the online portals of the following agencies of government of India:
– For Technician Apprentices: With the concerned Regional Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) in their portal National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The link is Here.

After successful registration, a registration number will be generated and the candidate has to mention this registration number while applying for apprentices positions in the Indian Oil Pipelines portal at https://plapps.indianoil.in/.
