- Technical Assistant (Group-B Technical Non-Ministerial): 49 Posts
- Technician-I (Group-C Technical Non-Ministerial): 31 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Technical Assistant: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in related area
Technician – 1: 12th or Intermediate pass and at least one year Diploma in a related area.

Age Limit: The age of the applicants for the Technical Assistant Post must not exceed 30 years and or Technician-I Post is 28 years.

Selection Process: The ICMR NIV Technical Assistants and Technicians Recruitment 2023 selection will be done in the following stages.
- Online Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Document verification
Selection of the above posts would be on the merit achieved by the candidate in the CBT and
subsequent document verification by ICMR-NIV.
ICMR NIV Technical Assistant Technicians Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern: The CBT will be held in English/Hindi (except for English language questions) of 90 minutes duration and will consist of 100 multiple choice objective type questions, totaling 100 marks. The CBT will consist of Section ‘A’ of 30 marks & Section ‘B’ of 70 marks.
