ICMR NIN Recruitment 2024: ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition has invited applications for WALK-IN-INTERVIEW from eligible candidates for the various posts under the pan India Study entitled “Diet and Biomarker Survey in India (DABS-I)” funded by ICMR on a temporary contract basis in Sikkim. This ICMR NIN 2024 Recruitment drive will fill up Junior Medical Officers, Senior Research Fellows (Food and Nutrition), Technical Assistants, Project Assistants (Phlebotomists), and Field Workers in Sikkim.
The walk-in interview will be conducted on 30/05/2024 & 31/05/2024 at Department of Community Medicine, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences, 5 Mile Tadong, Gangtok, Sikkim – 737102. Applications will be received from the individuals by hand on the date of the walk-in interview between 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The Candidates may download the application form from www.nin.res.in and submit the same duly filled in along with one set of photocopies of certificates and one latest photograph and all the Original Certificates for verification failing which their candidature cannot be considered for Interview.

1) Jr. Medical Officer: 02 Posts
– Qualification: MBBS/Ayush/BDS Degree
– Salary: Rs.60,000 + 15,000/-
– Age Limit: 35 years
2) Sr. Technical Assistant: 04 Posts
– Qualification: Graduate in Anthropology/Social Science/Sociology/ Science (Biochemistry/microbiology) / Social Or Post Graduate degree in above specified subjects.
– Salary: Rs.32,000 + 12,000/-
– Age Limit: 30 years
3) SRF (Food & Nutrition): 02 Posts
– Qualification: Master’s (M.Sc/MPH) Food & Nutrition, Home Science.
– Salary: Rs.44,450 + 12,000/-
– Age Limit: 35 years
4) Project Assistant: 03 Posts
– Qualification: Graduate in MLT from a recognized university OR DMLT with One-year relevant experience (blood sample collection) OR B.Sc (Nursing) OR Two years nursing with one year of relevant experience (blood sample collection).
– Salary: Rs.31,000 + 12,000/-
– Age Limit: 30 years
5) Field Worker: 08 Posts
– Qualification: 12th pass in Science subject.
– Salary: Rs.18,000 + 10,000/-
– Age Limit: 30 years
