Application Fee:
The General, OBC & EWS Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Only) and all other candidates are exempted from paying fees including PwBDs.
Salary:
- Senior Manager: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
- Deputy Manager: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
- Management Trainee and Graduate Engineer Trainee: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Manager: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering with a Surveyors Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics), or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication), or Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Technology or Post-Graduate qualification in Chemistry (Preferably with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry), or Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with PostGraduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with specialization in Materials Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Senior Manager: Candidates must have passed a Post Graduate Degree in Geology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Management Trainee: Candidates must have passed a CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance), Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in HR / Personnel / Materials or Bachelor’s Degree in Law including five years integrated LLB or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Electrical) / Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age For Management Trainee and Graduate Engineer Trainee: 28 Years
- Maximum Age For Deputy Manager: 40 Years
- Maximum Age For Senior Manager: 47 Years
