The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has released a notice in supersession of advertisement notification No. 03 of 2024 for the recruitment of District Judges. Fresh applications through online mode are invited from eligible Advocates for filling up the posts of District Judges (Entry Level) by direct recruitment.

Referring to the fresh notification of JK High Court District Judge Recruitment 2024, this recruitment drive will fill up 16 Vacancies for District Judges. Vacancy Details of High Court Recruitment 2024:

J&K High Court is inviting applications through online mode from eligible Advocates for filling up the posts in the cadre of District Judges (Entry Level) by direct recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria of J&K High Court District Judge Recruitment 2024

The essential educational qualification, Experience, and Age Limit required for District Judge posts are given below;

Qualification:

LLB from a recognized University established by Law in India and recognized as such by the Bar Council of India.

Experience:

Applicant must be a practicing Advocate in Courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction and must have been in actual practice for a period of not less than seven years as on the last date of the receipt of the application.

Age Limit:

Candidate must have attained the age of 35 years and not above the age of 45 years (relaxable in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes by two years) as on the date of receipt of the application.

Application Fee for High Court Recruitment 2024

The prescribed application fee is Rs.1200/-. After the successful submission of the online application form, the candidate will be required to deposit the requisite fee through online mode.
