As mentioned in the official notification of HAL the upper age limit for the mentioned posts is between 28 years (age relexation as per rules). Candidates selected for non-executive positions will be paid a monthly salary between Rs. 46,796/- to Rs. 48,764/-. The selection of applicants will be based on a Written Test.

Application Fee
Interested candidates who wish to apply for the above-mentioned positions have to pay the application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) The application fee of Rs.200/- is inclusive of GST of 18%.
Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Apprentices of the HAL-based Divisions are exempted from the payment of the Application Fee.
Selection Process
Applicants, who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, will be called for a written test and intimation in this regard will be through HAL Website/e-mail/SMS. The selection will be done through a Written Test which will be conducted at Bangalore (Tentative date of the written test is 22-09-2024).
The Written Test will be of 2 ½ hours duration. The test will be in 3 parts, comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Part-I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness.
Part-II will consist of 40 questions on English & Reasoning.
Part-III will consist of 100 questions on the concerned Discipline.
Posting Tenure & Location
The selected Candidates will be engaged on a tenure basis for a maximum period of four years from the date of engagement. The engagement is not against permanent vacancy and will not entitle any Candidate to claim regular/permanent employment in the future.
However, an extension of tenure for a further maximum period of four years (maximum tenure up to twelve years) may be considered on a case-to-case basis.

No other means / mode of Application will be accepted.
