GAIL will utilize the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering ‐ 2025 Marks (GATE‐2025 Marks) for the recruitment of Executive Trainees in the disciplines of Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical and BIS. The selection process involves the following Stages:

Salary Details:
Candidates selected for the post of Executive Trainee in GAIL (India) Limited will receive the emoluments as per E2 Grade. During the probation period of one year, the Executive Trainees will be paid a basic pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month.
Upon successful completion of the training-cum probation period, they will be placed in the same pay scale of E-2 grade. The monthly Salary for an Executive Trainee will range from Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/-. In addition to the basic pay, the employees will earn a variety of perks and allowances such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance, cafeteria allowance, travelling allowance, leave travel concession, medical facilities, gratuity, provident fund, pension benefit, etc.
