- Senior Manager (Human Resources & Administration): 3 Posts
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration.
Salary: Rs 70,000 – 2,00,000/- - Deputy Manager (Human Resources & Administration): 3 Posts
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration.
Salary: Rs 60,000 – 1,80,000/- - Senior Manager (Corporate Communications): 1 Post
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations or Mass Communication or Journalism.
Salary: Rs 70,000 – 2,00,000/- - Deputy Manager (Corporate Communications): 1 Post
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations or Mass Communication or Journalism.
Salary: Rs 60,000 – 1,80,000/- - Assistant Manager (Research and Development): 1 Post
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Salary: Rs 50,000 – 1,60,000/- - Assistant Manager (Industrial Engineering): 1 Post
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Salary: Rs 50,000 – 1,60,000/- - Technician (Process): 56 Posts
Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology) and 2 years experience in the operation/ Analytical field /Quality Control / Chemical Control / Process Control / R&D in a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/Petrochemical Plant.
Salary: Rs 23,350 – 1,15,000/-
Age Limit: Maximum age limit varies from 35 – 45 years. Relaxation in Maximum Age Limit as per norms.
Application fee: The application fee is Rs. 1180/- for Managerial posts and Rs.590/- for Non managerial
post. However, SC/ST/PwBD/ESM are exempted from the application fee.
