Delhi Police Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 30 Finger Print Expert

Delhi Police Recruitment 2024: Delhi Police has released the official notification inviting applications from willing eligible candidates for filling up the vacant posts of “Finger Print Expert” in Delhi Police for one year or till regular recruitment whichever is earlier or unless terminated earlier on a short-term purely contract basis.

The duly completed application form as required in the notification may be submitted online by September 30, 2024. The date of the trade test and interview will be notified on the website of Delhi Police Delhi. There are 30 vacancies open for the mentioned position.

As mentioned in the official notification of Delhi Police Recruitment 2024 the upper age limit for the mentioned posts is 27 years (age relaxation as per rules). Candidates selected for Finger Print Expert positions will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 43,800/- per month. The selection of applicants will be based on a Trade test and Interview.

Eligibility Criteria of Delhi Police Recruitment 2024

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Science with Physics or Chemistry or Math or Zoology or Anthropology or any graduate in science from any Govt. recognized University/Institute.(as per SO/11/2022 of Delhi Police).

Age Limit

Selection Process

Selection will be on the basis of a Trade Test (40 marks) followed by an Walk-in interview (20 marks). The Trade Test comprising of (a) Recording of Fingerprints, (b) Development of Chance Prints: All techniques, (c) Lifting of Chance Prints: Different techniques of lifting, photography & their comparison and (d) Quality of recorded/ developed prints with a required number of minimum points.
