CPCL Recruitment of Engineers through GATE; Apply Now

CPCL invites applications from young, self-motivated and energetic persons of Indian Nationality for the following posts. The number of vacancies indicated are tentative which may increase or decrease. Required educational qualifications and other details for informational purposes only in the interest of job-seekers, are given below in brief —

Vacancy Details:

Engineer (Chemical) — 06 Posts
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Chemical / Petroleum/ Petrochemicals.
Engineer (Mechanical) — 02 Posts
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria below may apply for the advertised positions:

GATE 2023 — Candidates must have qualified in the GATE 2023 examination from one of the following disciplines to be eligible to apply for the advertised posts:
i. Chemical Engineering: (GATE 2023 code: CH)
ii. Mechanical Engineering: (GATE 2023 code: ME)
Upper Age Limit — Candidates applying from the General/EWS category should not be more than 26 years. Relaxation to candidates applying from other categories shall apply as per Government of India guidelines.

Application Fee: General, EWS and OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as application fee (non-refundable) through Online mode using either Debit/Credit Card or through Net-Banking only.
SC / ST / PwBD / ExSM / Women candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

How to Apply: Candidates have to fill up the Online Application form provided on this website. Candidates need to register through the “Apply Online‟ link by providing their Discipline, GATE Registration Number and DOB.

A candidate is allowed to apply for ONLY one discipline/post. While applying for any post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned.
