Eligibility Criteria for Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizers Corporation Limited Recruitment 2024
Educational Qualification —
- General Manager (HR) — Candidates must have an MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or PIR/ HRD/ Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Labor and Social Welfare with a minimum of 20 years of post-professional qualification.
- Dy.Manager (Fin.) — Candidates must be a graduate with CA or lCWA with a minimum of 08 years of post-professional qualification executive experience.
- Officer (Fin.) — Candidates must be a graduate with CA or lCWA with a minimum of 08 years of post-professional qualification executive experience.
AGE Limit —
- General Manager (HR) — The candidate’s maximum is 55 years.
- Dy. Manager (Fin.) — The candidate’s maximum is 48 years.
- Officer (Fin.) — The candidate’s maximum is 40 years.
Pay Scale for BVFCL Recruitment 2024
- General Manager (HR) — Rs. 51,300 – 73,000/-
- Dy. Manager (Fin.) — Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/-
- Officer (Fin.) — Rs. 16,400 – 40,500/-
