BIS Recruitment Notification 2024 Out for Various Vacancies

Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for filling up the vacancies of Deputy Director (Administration & Finance), Deputy Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs) and Deputy Director (Publication) on DEPUTATION BASIS, at BIS Headquarters, New Delhi and its offices located in the country. There are 08 no. of vacancies opened for the mentioned positions.

As mentioned in the official notification the closing date for applying will be 31 October 2024; 1730 h. As mentioned in the official notification for BIS Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates for BIS Recruitment 2024, will be paid a monthly remuneration of Rs.67,700 – 2,08,700.

Eligibility Criteria of BIS Recruitment Notification 2024

Educational Qualification

As mentioned in the official notification of BIS Recruitment 2024. We have mentioned the post-wise qualification required below:-

• Deputy Director (Administration): Master of Business Administration (with Personnel specialization) or Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management /Human Resource Management or Degree in law.
• Deputy Director (Finance): Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Works Accountant/ Subordinate Accounts Service Accountant/ Master of Business Administration (with finance specialization).
• Deputy Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs): Master of Business Administration (Marketing) or Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication or Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work
• Deputy Director (Publication): Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Arts with Diploma in Printing Technology/Publication.

Age Limit

Before applying candidates must fulfill the age requirement criteria as mentioned in the notification. The post-wise age limit is given below:-

The maximum Age Limit is 56 years on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

To apply for the mentioned posts they must be Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis or Officers with five years regular service in level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) in the pay matrix;
