Eligibility of BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2024
The essential educational qualification and age limit required for the Project Engineer post are given below;
Qualification:
B.E /B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
Age Limit
The Upper Age limit as on 01.06.2024 is 32 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum of 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
Salary Details of BEL Project Engineer Post
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, Rs. 45,000/- per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50, 000/- per month for the 3rd year and Rs. 55, 000/- per month for the 4th year respectively.
Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs. 472/-. However, Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fees.

Selection Process:
Selection will be through a Written Test followed by an interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
