BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for the Post of Project Engineer-I posts for its Naval System S&CS SBU, Bengaluru Complex. Salary Details:
The monthly consolidated remuneration for the selected candidates will be as per the details below:-
- Project Engineer-I: Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- for the 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- for the 3rd year and Rs. 55,000/- for the 4th year.

Age Limit

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit indicated is for candidates in the General Category. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. SC/ ST/ EWS candidates will be considered on par with UR criteria.

Application Fee
The application fee for Project Engineer-I posts is Rs. 472/- and for Trainee Engineer-I / Trainee Officer -I posts is Rs. 177/-. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fees.
Selection Process
The selection of applicants will be through a Written Test followed by an Interview (only for those candidates who qualify for the Written Test) in a ratio of 1:5.
Posting Tenure
Project Engineers will be engaged initially for 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of Four years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance.
