Post Name: Unit Manager – Credit Operations/Senior Unit Manager – Credit Operations
Experience: 4 – 6 years of experience
Post Location: Pune
Eligibility:
- B.Com / Engineering Graduate -Preferably Computer Science background.
- 4-6 years’ experience in lending business related to Regulatory Reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
• Understanding regulatory reports and maintaining a tracker of all reports / Ad-hoc data requested by regulatory authorities
• Aware about regulations required to be complied by an NBFC constantly keeping oneself updated about the new developments
• Coordination with various departments for ensuring data/reports are received in a timely manner
• Ensuring timely reporting and publishing Monthly Tracker to that effect
• Able to fetch relevant information from various internal systems required for understanding the source of data
• Fetching required data form respective data sources using SQL / NoSQL.
• Collating and merging data from various sources in a standardized manner
• Data validation and correction form respective departments
• Preparing reports in requisite formats and collating data from various sources
• Develop SOPs for various reports prepared with data fields to be referred and logics used
• Keeping updated with process developments happening which could impact the data fields
Additional Information:
• Advance level of experience in SQL
• Ability to analyze large amount of data with high precision
• Sound knowledge of Internal Policies, Risk, Compliance and Regulatory requirements
• Ability to interpret Regulatory requirements
• Applicant should be well versed with various MS Excel, Power Query, Power Bi, Powerpoint
• Ability to work independently and accomplish the task assigned
• Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company
• High motivational levels and a self-starter.
• Should possess the below skill sets: – Strong Analytical skills, Good written and verbal communication Good Interpersonal Skills, Influencing skills
