Army Public School Jammu Cantt Jobs Recruitment 2023: Full Notification

Important Dates:

Last date for submission of the application form: 18 February 2023.

Educational Qualification:

PGTs – Chemistry and Mathematics:
Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the related subject.
B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

TGTs – English, Hindi and Sanskrit:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects
and in aggregate in the related subject.
B. Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

TGT (Mathematics):
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with minimum 50% marks with any two of the following subjects: –
Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Computer Science and Statistics.
B. Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

TGT (Science) / Physics / Chemistry / Biology:
Bachelor’s degree in Science with minimum 50% marks in any two of the following subjects : –
Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Physics.
B. Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

Skill Subject (Computer Science): BCA or Graduation in Computer Science or BE/B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) or Graduation in any subject and A level course from DOEACC, Ministry of Information & Communication & Technology, Government of India with B Ed.

TGT(Physical Education): Graduate in Physical Education or B P Ed with minimum 50% marks awarded by a recognized University / Institution.

PRTs (All Subjects):
Graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination of subjects and in aggregate with B. El. Ed. / 02-year D.El.Ed. Or
Candidates with B. Ed. or Integrated B. Ed. can also apply with the fulfillment of the condition of a six-month PDPET/Bridge Course from an NCTE-recognized institute when NCTE approves any institute to conduct the said course within two years of recruitment as PRT or commencement of the course whichever is later.
PRT (Computer Science) B Tech in Computer Science / B Sc in Computer Science / B Sc with one year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from University or recognized Institution with B Ed.

PRT (Dance): Master’s degree in Dance or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute.

PRT (PET): Bachelor’s degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 50% marks.

Instrumentalist (PRT): Graduate in/with Music from a recognized University / Sangeet Visharad.

Adm Supervisor:
a) Mandatory.
(i) Should be retd JCO/Hony Commissioned Rank.
(ii) Should be of age less than 55 years at the time of joining.
(iii) Should have basic knowledge of Handling of Documents and Stores, Eqpt Maint and Man Mgt.
(iv) Should not have left services on discp grounds.
(b) Preferred.
(i) Should be security course qualified.
(ii) Should be computer savvy.
(iii) Should be SHAPE-1 or SHAPE-II (less S Factor)

UDC:
– B. Com or fifteen years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen). Computer literate (MS Office, Tally etc.)
– Computer Savvy (12000 key depression per hour). Knowledge of relevant software applications used by Schools.
– 5 years experience as a clerk or an accounts clerk in a reputed organization, preferably a School.

LDC:
– Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen). Computer literate.
– Knowledge of Computer MS Office (Speed 12000 key depression per hour).
– Basic knowledge of accounting.

Age as on 01 April 2023:

  • Fresh candidates (Fresh candidates): Below 40 years
  • Experienced candidates (incl ESM): Below 56 years

Concessions for widows of battle causality/battle accident and wives of disabled Army Persons who were boarded out with 100% disability -As per AWES rules.

Application Fee:

An application fee of Rs. 100/- must be paid by applicants via Bank Draft from any nationalised bank in favour of Principal Army Public School Jammu Cantt.

Salary:

As Per Awes Rules and Regulations.

How to apply for Recruitment 2023 of Staff for APS Sunjuwan?

The application form duly completed in all respect along with self-attested copies of testimonials/certificates and bank draft of Rs 100/- from any nationalized bank in favour of Principal Army Public School Jammu Cantt be submitted in School Office on or before 18 Feb 2023 (1100h). No e-mail applications will be accepted.

Candidates can download the application form from the School website www.apsjammucantt.com.

Screening exam (for non CSB candidates), Computer Literacy and Language Proficiency test will be held tentatively on 06 – 07 Mar 2023 at 1000h. Interviews of shortlisted candidates will be held on 10-11 Mar 2023.
