This role will fully participate with and support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization located in Chicago, Illinois. This role will seek out continuous improvement opportunities to streamline FP&A processes.
- Drive process improvements within the FP&A organization
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning activities such as close, forecast and variance explanations
- Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards and executive scorecards
- Build models and assist in ad-hoc decision support and scenario analyses
- Track and report labor productivity and other performance metrics
- Work with FP&A leadership to prepare various executive presentations
