Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT 2 2024
The AFCAT 2 2024 recruitment offers positions for Commissioned Officers in the Indian Air Force with varying educational requirements and age limits.
Age Limit:
(i) Flying Branch:
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Maximum age: 24 years
- The upper age limit for candidates with valid Commercial Pilot License: is 26 years
- Date of Birth: Between 02/01/2001 to 01/01/2005
(ii) Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) Branches:
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Maximum age: 26 years
- Date of Birth: Between 02/01/1999 to 01/01/2005
Note: Candidates must be unmarried below 25 years of age at the start of the course. Widows/Widowers and divorcees below 25 years are not eligible.

- 10+2 level: Minimum 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics
- Graduation: Three-year degree OR BE/BTech with at least 60% from a recognized university.
Ground Duty (Technical) Branch (Aeronautical Engineering – Electronics):
- 10+2 level: Minimum 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics
- Graduation/Post-Graduation: Degree in engineering/technology with at least 60% from a recognized university.

- New users must register first by clicking on “New User Register”.
- Enter your mobile number and email to register.
- Fill in the OTP sent to your mobile number and email, then click “Submit”.
- Receive your Login ID and Password via SMS and email.
