Qualification: B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Telecommunications/Power or equivalent.
Management Trainee (Geology) 01 Posts
Qualification: Post Graduate in Geology/ Applied Geology.
Graduate Trainee (Process): 03 Posts
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Metallurgical Engineering/Mineral Processing or equivalent.
Management Trainee (Materials): 05 Posts
Qualification: Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent. MBA in Materials Management/ Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in Materials Management.
Management Trainee (Contract Management): 01 Post
Qualification: Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with MBA in Finance/Materials Management or minimum 2 years P G Diploma in Finance/Materials Management.
Management Trainee (Personnel/Welfare): 05 Post
Qualification: P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations Or P.G.Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/Master in Labour Studies Or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD.
Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts): 05 Posts
Qualification: CA/ICWA/CMA from recognized Institute
Manager (Survey): 02 Posts
Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university/ Institute. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Surveyor’s Certificate of competency.
Total Posts: 44 Posts
Age Limit: The upper age limit as on 21.03.2024 is 30 years for Graduate Trainees / Management
Trainees and 35 years for the post of Manager (Survey) for General(UR) & EWS candidates. The Upper Age Limit is relaxed as per norms.
Salary: E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to GENERAL (UR) / EWS/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.590/-. For SC/ST/PwBD/EXS/Employees of MOIL are exempted from the payment of application fee.
