1. Educational Qualification —

2. Experience — Candidates should have senior management experience in a large organization Reputation, of which at least five years in the last ten years should have been petroleum refining.
Candidates with experience in the petrochemical industry will have an added advantage.
3. Age — The candidate’s minimum age is 45 years.
