Para Medical Apprentices: Diploma in relevant trade
– General Duty Assistant

The candidate has to take a printout of registration/application at the portal and send it along with all self-attested certificates of Educational qualification/ITI/Diploma/Degree, Marks sheets, Domicile certificate, Caste Certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), Aadhar card, PAN card etc. at the below-mentioned address by Speed post/Registered post within 10 days of last date of application.
