J&K PDD Jobs Recruitment 2024 for Wiremen: Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Office of the Executive Engineer, Inspection Division (PDD), J&K PDD Grid Complex, Gladni Narwal, Jammu has invited applications on prescribed form from the eligible candidates for issuance of the permit for “A” and “B” Class Wireman:

Post: Wiremen
1) “A” Class qualified to work upto 11 KV.
2) “B” Class qualified to work upto 250 V.
Qualification: 10th pass for “A” class wireman permit and 8th class for “B” Class wireman permit.
Age Limit: Minimum age shall be 18 years as on 01-01-2024.
- The candidate shall possess a Domicile Certificate of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Work experience for a period of not less than one year issued by the electric contractor recognized by PDD.
Note: Permit holders for “B” class wireman having an experience of five years and above can also apply for “A” class wireman test.
How to Apply?
Application form along with syllabus can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Inspection Division Jammu against a cash deposit of Rs. 50/- in any Govt. Treasury under MH. 0043 from 11-01-2024 to 24-01-2024. The forms should be submitted back duly completed in all respects on or before 27-01-2024.
Selection Mode:-
Selection shall be made on the basis of performance made by the candidates in the written, practical/ Oral Test.
The examination shall be held in the office of the Executive Engineer Inspection Division at PDD Complex Gladni Narwal, Jammu for both “A” and “B” Class Wireman on 02-02-2024 at 11 AM.
