- Deputy Manager Ramp/Maintenance: Graduate or Diploma Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering / MBA.
- Duty Manager – Ramp: Graduate or Diploma Engineering.
- Jr. Officer Technical: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical /Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Ramp Service Executive: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production / Electronics/ Automobile or ITI with NCTVT in motor vehicle Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench Fitter/ Welder.
- Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: 10th pass.
- Duty Manager – Passenger: Graduate.
- Duty Officer – Passenger: Graduate.
- Duty Manager – Cargo: Graduate.
- Duty Officer – Cargo: Graduate.
- Jr. Officer – Cargo: Graduate/ Graduate with MBA.
- Sr. Customer Service Executive: Graduate.
- Customer Service Executive: Graduate.
