Educational Qualification
Graduate Apprentice Trainees – Non-Engineering (Hindi, HR, Finance, Materials): Graduates in BA, BA Hindi, B.Sc, B.Com.

Age Limit
The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum is 25 years as on 27-11-2023. Max. Age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD (VH/HH/OH) Candidates.

- Once candidates have logged in, they need to select HPCL-VISAKH REFINERY GAT (NON-ENGINEERING) ENGAGEMENT – 2023 under Active Advertisements.
- Select the Position and fill in the required details.
- Upload recent Passport sized photograph and Signature.
- Submit the form.
- After submission of the application, candidates will receive a confirmation email on their registered email ID with the HPCL Application Number.

Salary
Candidates selected as Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Non-Engineering) will get a monthly stipend of 23000/-.
Selection Process
The Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2023 selection will be done in the following stages.
- Shortlisting
- Interview: The interview will be tentatively scheduled in the month of December 2023.
All India merit list will be drawn basis the academic results of Graduation degrees and Scores in the
interview.
