The required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification, age limit etc have been listed below as per Recruitment Notification.
Educational Qualification & Other Details
- The candidate must be a Law Graduate with having Bachelor’s degree in Law from any school/College/University/Institute established by Law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate, possessing a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate at Law Graduation (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) and should not have completed two years after enrollment as an Advocate.
- The candidate studying in the final year/last semester of three years Law Course/Five year Integrated Law Course will also be eligible to apply subject to furnishing proof of acquiring the Law degree qualification with minimum 60% marks in aggregate at the time of interview.
- The candidate must have some knowledge of Computer including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as Manuptra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.
- The candidate must have absolute integrity, honesty and good moral character, for which he/she will submit a certificate of two responsible persons at the time of interview.
Age Limit
A candidate must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st of January, 2023.
J&K High Court Recruitment 2023 Salary
The engagement shall be on a consolidated amount of Rs. 40,000/- per month to be paid as an Honorarium.
