CRPF Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a press release announcing the recruitment of 129,929 vacancies for constables (General Duty) in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). These Level 3 Constable positions will be filled through direct recruitment in the General Duty Cadre. The press release specifies that out of the total vacancies, 125,262 posts are reserved for male candidates and 4,467 posts are for female candidates. Additionally, 10% of the vacancies will be reserved for Ex-Agniveers.
CRPF Constable Recruitment 2023
For Ex-Army personnel, the eligibility criteria require candidates to have passed their matriculation or an equivalent degree from a board or university recognized by the Central or State Government or possess an equivalent army qualification. CRPF Constable Vacancy 2023
According to the notice released by the Ministry of Home Affairs, a total of 129,929 vacancies are to be filled for General Duty Constable posts in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). CRPF Constable Salary
After the complete recruitment process, all qualified candidates will be posted as Constable posts in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in the Pay Scale of Rs. 21700-69100/- This is only the basic CISF Salary that doesn’t include the range of benefits and allowances to which the post of Constable/Fireman is entitled. The probation period for constable posts is for 2 years.
CRPF Constable Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
To be selected for the Constable (General Duty) posts in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), candidates must pass the following stages:
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates need to meet the physical standards set by the Central Government as per the prescribed scheme. This test assesses the physical fitness and capabilities of the candidates.
