The tenure of RA is a maximum of Two Years and the tenure of JRF is a maximum of Five Years. The candidate will work initially for the first two years as JRF and will subsequently be elevated as SRF for the remaining three years, subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed annually as per DRDO guidelines.
