- Responsible to manage a portfolio of IT products/ solutions as a business solutions manager.
- Work with cross-functional Concentrix and external stakeholders to develop business requirements.
- Prioritize to implement the solution group’s strategic vision and ensure continuous improvement of CNX IT products or solutions.
- Involve global technology assessments and build/ buy analysis to satisfy critical technology gaps.
- Monitor user feedback and develop product roadmaps.
- Manage product backlogs to align with the product roadmaps.
