Eligibility Criteria for DRDO JRF Recruitment:
Educational Qualification:
Electronics Engg: Graduate Degree in professional course B. E. / B. Tech. (ECE/E&I Engg.) in first division with a valid NET/GATE score. OR
Post Graduate Degree in professional course M. E. / M. Tech. (ECE/E&I Engg.) in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
Physics: Post graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics/Applied Physics in first division with NET qualification
Age Limit:
28 years as on date of Walk-in-interview. The upper age limit shall be relaxable for the candidate’s belongings to SC, ST and OBC as per Govt. of India orders.

Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with the under mentioned documents (in original) along with a set of Xerox copies.
(a) Marks sheets and certificates in support of Educational Qualification(s)
(b) Birth certificate or Matriculation/10th class certificate in support of Date of Birth
(c) Valid NET/GATE score card (if applicable)
(d) Valid SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)
(e) A valid Photo ID card (Aadhaar/PAN card/Voter ID card/Passport)
(e) 2 recent Passport size photographs
(f) Examination Fee of ₹ 10/- is to be paid vide a crossed Indian Postal Order
