JKSSB JE Recruitment 2022 Vacancy Details:
This recruitment drive is being carried out to fill 855 Junior Engineers (Civil) and 190 Junior Engineers posts (Mechanical) in the public works department.
Educational Qualification:

Indian University degree/ 3 years diploma from Government recognized institute in aeronautical/ automobile production engineering shall be considered as equivalent to degree diploma in Mechanical Engineering respectively. |
Age Limit (as of 01/01/2022):
Candidates must be no older than 40 years old.
Application Fee:
The application fee is 450 for SC, ST, PWD, and EWS categories and 550 for the general category.
JKSSB JE Recruitment Selection Criteria:
The selection for the posts shall be made on the basis of merit obtained by candidates in Objective Type
Multiple Choice Examination only.
Scheme of Examination:
The Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions. The questions will be set in English Language only. For each incorrect response, there will be a negative marking worth 0.25 marks. Marks scored by candidates in the written test will be normalized to determine final merit and cut-off marks.
