Eligibility Criteria of ICFRE Forest Range Officer Recruitment
Below we have summarized the required eligibility criteria such as qualification required, age limit, experience, etc. Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before applying for any post mentioned in the notification.
- Analogous Posts
or - Deputy Ranger in Pay Level 06 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with 05 years of regular service in the grade
or - Forester in Pay Level 04 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with 15 years of regular service in the grade.

Application Fee
The application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) may please be transferred to the Account of ‘DDO ADMIN. ICFRE REVENUE ACCOUNT’ having account number 496902010084490 and IFSC code UBIN0549690. The transaction detail i.e. UTR number etc may also be intimated along with the application.
Posting Tenure & Location
The tenure shall ordinarily be 03 years or till superannuation, whichever is earlier. The tenure is, however, liable to be terminable at an earlier date or extendable at the discretion of the appointing authority/cadre controlling authority.
Application Procedure of ICFRE Recruitment 2024
It is requested that the applications of eligible candidates, who are willing to join this organization on deputation and fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria of the post, may kindly be forwarded along with their bio-data, attested photocopies of ACRs for the last 05 years (2019-20 to 2023-24) and vigilance clearance report to the Secretary, Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education, Dehradun by 30.09.2024.
Application and the envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Forest Range Officer”. No application received after the stipulated last date will be entertained under any circumstances and all the late applications will be summarily rejected. The candidate must submit their application through the proper channel.
The last date of receipt of the application shall be 30.09.2024. The application duly filled may please be sent through email at Sec@icfre.org as well as hard copy.
