Territorial Army Officer Recruitment 2024; Check Eligibility and Application Procedure

The Territorial Army has invited applications in the prescribed format from gainfully employed ex-Armed Forces Commissioned Officers to serve the Nation as Territorial Army Officers.

As mentioned in the official notification of Territorial Army Officer Recruitment 2024 the age limit for the mentioned posts is between 18 – 42 years (age relaxation as per rules). Candidates selected for Officer positions will be paid a monthly salary between Pay Level 10 to Pay Level 13A. The selection of applicants will be based on interview and will be screened by the Army Headquarters Selection Board (ASB).

Educational Qualification

As mentioned in the official notification of Territorial Army Officer Recruitment 2024. We have mentioned the post-wise qualification required below:-

• Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Only Ex-Service Officers can apply.
• Nationality: Only citizen of India (male and female).
• Physical Standards: A candidate must be physically and medically fit in all respects.
• Employment: Gainfully Employed.

Age Limit

Before applying candidates must fulfill the age requirement criteria as mentioned in the notification. The post-wise age limit is given below:-

Applicants should have attained the age of 18 years and not have attained the age of 42 years on the date of application, but the upper age limit may be relaxed at the discretion of the Chief of the Army Staff.

Application forms completed in all respects will be accepted at Directorate General Territorial Army, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence, 4th Floor, ‘A’ Block, Ministry of Defence Office Complex, KG Marg, New Delhi – 110001 till 27 September 2024.
